The Bike Benzie Tour presents three cycling tour routes. Two in Benzie County and one in Manistee County. The fun begins at The Crystal Mountain in Thompsonville. The routes have been selected based on the experiences of local cyclists. For the most part we have selected roads with shoulders and minimal traffic for the time of year. We are committed to provide a safe and rewarding experience with SAG support, food stops, and scenic vistas.

RULES

  • Cyclists must follow the rules of the road

  • Yield to autos and signal your intentions

  • Ride single file only

  • Cyclists must wear helmets

  • Wear bright colors and use flashing rear lights

  • Be respectful of other cyclists, especially on the Betsie Valley Trail

  • Call the emergency phone number if you need assistance

  • Only Class 1 E-bikes (pedal assist) are allowed on the 46- and 62- mile routes. All classes are welcome for the 30-mile route.

  • Be safe and have fun!
