Friday May 30 Registration

Join us from 5-7 pm on Friday May 30 for early check-in at Crystal Mountain at the James Bay (the ski registration building).  While you’re here, have dinner and get ready for an exceptional day in the saddle.  For convenience and to enjoy all of the resort amenities, book a room at Crystal Mountain.  

All tours start at the Crystal Mountain Conference Center

Registration and packet pick-up:

Friday May 30 from 5 to 7 pm at the lower level of the conference center

Saturday May 31 from 6:00 to 8:30 am

The start times are as follows: There are no organized group starts. We suggest starting early to allow time for breaks, fun, and to make it back to Crystal Mountain for lunch.

62-mile route: start range 7:00 to 8:00 am, Start no later than 8am to arrive back for lunch

46-mile route: start range 7:30 to 8:30 am, Start no later than 8:30am to arrive back for lunch

30-mile route: start range 8:00 to 9:00 am

Food stop opening times:

62-mile route: Elberta, 19 miles, 8:00 to 10:00; Honor, 44 miles, 9:30 to 11:30

46-mile route: Elberta, 19 miles, 8:00 to 10:00; Beulah, 27 miles, 9:30 to 11:30

30-mile route: Kaleva, 18 miles, 9:30 to 11:00

 After Tour Party:

Lunch is included, and for all adult participants free craft beer from StormCloud Brewery.

Lunch will be served from 11:00 to 2:00 in the Crystal Mountain event tent.
